Responsibilities
- Durchführung von Zeitaufnahmen nach arbeitswissenschaftlichen Methoden (REFA)
- Strukturierung der Ablaufabschnitte sowie Ermittlung von Plan- und Vorgabezeiten
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion
- Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen der nationalen und internationalen Produktionsstandorte der WIKA-Gruppe
- Analyse und Interpretation von Kennzahlen zur Ableitung zielgerichteter Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Erstellung von Guidelines
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker
* in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation i.V.m. erster Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen - Fachspezifische Erfahrung in REFA-Methoden erforderlich (REFA-Grundausbildung Voraussetzung)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Reisebereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Niederlassungen
- Präzise, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
