The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. This role also contributes to financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, while playing a key part in the month-end and year-end close processes and the ongoing improvement of accounting procedures to support effective financial decision-making.
AccountsReceivable
- Oversee invoicing and process collections for all accounts including Amazon, Kohls, Target, etc.
- Partner with Account team and Operations team to resolve questions related to order completion / invoicing eligibility
- Partner with the IT/Development team to enhance and streamline the deposit process.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries where necessary, including supporting documentation
- Manage daily cash flow and banking activities
- Review and process ACH transfers and deposits
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3-5 years of experience in account.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferred experience with SAP (but not required).
- Enjoys problem-solving and investigative work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
The base pay for this position is between $75,000- $90,000 per year. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Hybrid Digital’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
