** Pflegefachkraft als freigestellter Praxisanleiter
**** in Teil- oder Vollzeit
** Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
* Als Leuchtturm für die Ausbildung unserer Azubis konzipierst Du kompakte Lerneinheiten und vermittelst die Inhalte fachgerecht und praxisnah
* Durch regelmäßige Erst-, Zwischen- und Abschlussgespräche wissen Deine Azubis immer wo Sie stehen
* Die durch Dich entwickelten Übungseinheiten und Prüfungen beurteilst Du fair und nachvollziehbar
* Bei der Pflegedokumentation leitest Du an und begleitest die Auszubildenden
