For Ilapak Verpackungmaschinen we are looking for an Industrial Controller. Ilapak Verpackungmaschinen Gmbh, established in 1984, has a leading position in the German market with a large installed base of machines and offers a wide range of Ilapak products and reliable customer technical service. The company operates across two sites:
Haan (Dusseldorf area) and Horst (Hamburg area). The Horst site represents the IVC division, dedicated to design and manufacture the IVC product line, including counting machines, vision systems, turnkey solutions and packaging lines mainly for the bakery and produce industries. We are recruiting for the Horst (Hamburg) site.
The Industrial Controller will perform the following main activities:
- Prepare and analyze company industrial reporting to evaluate profitability by job order and product line;
- Analyze existing company procedures (internal controls) in financial and operational areas to optimize resource allocation;
- Prepare monthly reports (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast) required by the holding company;
- Prepare the annual budget and analyze variances on a monthly basis;
- Prepare interim economic and financial statements and develop forecast income statements;
- Contribute to the analysis of investments.
- 5-10 years of working experience in the same position in a multinational environment;
- Experience in financial and management accounting; budgeting and financial modeling;
- Strong SAP knowledge, both FI-CO;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent (fluent) knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in a modernly organized industrial company, preferably in the mechanical industry;
- High energy and motivation;
- Ability to multitask and work in a team;
- Good understanding of business as well as financial issues;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines; experience within a listed group would be a strong plus.
