As (Senior) Consultant – Financial Modeling/Transaction Services (d/f/m), you support our clients in making strategic financial decisions. As part of our Transaction Services team, you make deals visible: you analyze business models, prepare precise financial due diligence reports on both buy- and sell-side transactions, and help reduce risks while unlocking value potential. Your input helps deals reach their goals faster – from day one.

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance / M&A Transaction Services or auditing
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also Power BI
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• You bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality, and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented
