Senior Manager​/Director; d​/w​/m Tax Due Diligence

As Senior Manager / Director – Tax Due Diligence (d/f/m), you will expand our existing transaction business. With you on board, we aim to enhance our offerings by adding Tax Due Diligence services. You will lead projects, assess tax-related risks and opportunities, work closely with the FDD team, and actively drive the development of this new service area.

Completed degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, complemented by a successfully passed tax advisor (Steuerberater) exam

Several years of experience in Tax Due Diligence / M&A Tax

Experience in project management and client advisory

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Power Point

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Willingness and aptitude for entrepreneurial thinking, unconventional approaches, and implementation-oriented work
