Municipal Classified ad postings are free to post from OML member municipalities. There is a $50 charge for non-member Ohio municipalities, Recruitment/Consulting agencies and out of state classified ads postings. Ads run for 30 days at a time. E-mail 1 page ads in word format to zwade.

The Village of Woodmere is currently accepting resumes for Treasurer. The part‑time Treasurer shall be appointed by Village Council and may be removed by affirmative vote of five (5) members of Council. The Treasurer shall serve as the Village’s chief fiscal officer.

The Treasurer shall maintain accurate books of account; record all monies, taxes, assessments, receipts, disbursements, and appropriations; receive and disburse Village funds as authorized by ordinance or resolution of Council; prepare payroll upon proper certification; examine and audit accounts of Village officers and departments as required; maintain custody of Village funds and designated financial instruments; coordinate audits and financial reviews; present financial reports to Council no less than quarterly;

maintain records in accordance with applicable retention requirements; and perform all other duties required by the Village Charter, ordinances or resolutions of Council, and Ohio law.

The Treasurer must be bondable.

Compensation and Classification

Compensation shall be set by Council. This position may be structured as a salaried employee role, a part‑time appointed officer role, or another arrangement authorized by Council.
