Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Duration: 1–2 months

Commitment: 20 hours/week

• Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
• Calibrate AI decision‑making processes in tasks such as valuation modeling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine system outputs and improve decision‑making accuracy.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI‑generated financial tasks and solutions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

• 2+ years of experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in investment analysis and financial modeling techniques, including valuation and market analysis.
• Solid understanding of investment processes and strategic decision‑making frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.

• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA).
