Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed technology business that has recently undergone significant investment and is entering its next phase of international growth. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Treasury Manager to build and lead this function from the ground up.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape a best-in-class Treasury function, introduce new processes and systems, and play a pivotal role in the group’s ongoing expansion.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leadership, including the CFO, and will have both strategic and hands-on responsibility for liquidity, financing, and risk management across a global business.

• Build and develop Treasury as a standalone function within the group
• Oversee liquidity planning, forecasting, and management across multiple entities
• Manage loan administration and financing activities (internal and external)
• Coordinate and improve payment processes and implement cash pooling structures
• Monitor and report on financing covenants and compliance
• Manage interest rate and FX risk for international operations
• Evaluate and implement Treasury tools and reporting structures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (including PSPs) to ensure efficient cash managementul>
  
  Requirements
  • Several years’ experience in Treasury, ideally within a PE-backed, fast-growth, or technology-driven business
  • Prior experience managing relationships with different payment service providers (PSP's)
  • Proven expertise in liquidity management, financing, hedging, and risk management
  • Experience building or developing Treasury functions
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and commercial dynamics
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to operate strategically
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluent English (German advantageous)
