Job Overview
Seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a leading B2B pharma CDMO & API manufacturer based in Noida, New Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Responsibilities- Support budget creation and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial performance tracking.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to gather data and reconcile financial statements.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Experience in building financial models and performing detailed financial analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting/forecasting processes preferred.
Location:
Noida, New Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram – Onsite (US Shift). Salary: 69–92 Lacs P.A. (based on experience).
