From day one you will be in a real client environment helping companies in the financial services industry achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and end-to-end banking and insurance processes. Together with your team you will take care of projects, introducing our software solutions and ensuring that our customer’s business models thrive through our consulting services.

Thereby, you will build deep knowledge about our products and the customer’s processes, becoming a valuable expert.

You get enough time for learning, so you will be fully productive and creating value after three months.

Degree Courses:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance

Hard skills:

• Strong analytical skills, including ability of strong quants (not just qualitative arguments), ability to estimate / quantify business judgment
• Structure & stringent logic
• Clear communication: able to convince and influence
