About the RoleWe are looking for an Associate eager for a fast‑paced, high‑impact role to work with cross‑functional partners across Door Dash to improve Dasher safety and reduce accident risk. As part of our Product Finance team, you will collaborate across Dasher, Insurance, and Risk teams to ensure we are making efficient, data‑driven decisions. You will partner with teams across the business to support financial decisions that involve one of the most critical parts of our business, by evaluating effectiveness and developing creative ways to improve financial & real‑world outcomes.
We’re Excited About You Because- 1‑3 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high‑growth technology sector or well‑established company
- Experience managing budgets for various teams
- Intermediate Excel and SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn). Able to build financial models to improve our understanding of the business through this process

CompensationThe successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
