Our product portfolio focuses on hybrid engine components, rotor shafts for electric vehicles, and steering components — serving leading OEMs, with Volkswagen as our largest customer.

Experienced Plant Controller to support the finance organization and management team. The role combines hands‑on controlling with strategic business partnering in a growing international group.

• Strong expertise in controlling and finance (liquidity planning, budgeting, performance management)
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Profound knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and IT-driven process optimization
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with solid business understanding
• Experience in working with management and private equity investors
• Focus on risk management, compliance, and transparency
• The Plant Controller will collaborate closely with headquarters in Saxony-Anhalt and FAU Group colleagues across Europe
