Plant Controller
Location: Bolivar, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday on-site
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year, based on experience

- Hands‑on audit exposure and leadership responsibility

- Own and execute the monthly financial close, including detailed general ledger work and account reconciliations
- Oversee inventory and fixed asset accounting, including physical inventory counts
- Prepare and support audit activities, including onsite audits
- 5‑10 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
