* *** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES of this Position:
** Perform a collection activity from billing, through cash collection, to management of queries. You will be liaising with tour operators to ensure cash recoveries and disputes are within agreed targets. You will be responsible for  the effective running of a tour operator ledger and to ensure good relationships exist between the credit department, sales, partners and the rate loading team.
** Key Areas of Responsibility
** Management of a centralized mailbox, assigning inbound customer queries Once logged, prioritize customer queries Investigate customer queries by liaising with internal departments by both phone and email, to understand the issue. Uphold or credit the charge in the rental system Respond directly to the corporate customer or via the credit control team Building a rapport with the customer and credit control team Identifying root causes and putting in preventative measures where applicable Liaise with the data loading
** Key Skills
** A confident speaker of the English language Ability to reconcile high volume transactions

Good analytical skills Professional manner and highly organized Ability to multitask High standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritizing your own work Excel advanced or intermediate skills MS access knowledge
