Now hiring 2nd shift; part‑time positions available; will include some weekends.

We're growing and looking for customer service representatives to support our hardworking account executives. These entry‑level positions can be part‑time or full‑time, and you must be able to work 2nd shift.

For FT, this position includes benefits like insurance and a gym membership stipend. Plus, we love our people and work hard to make RTS an awesome place to work.

• Lots of phone calls and emails with a wide range of personalities—patience and people skills are essential.
• Reviewing shipping loads, entering data accurately into various systems, and maintaining detailed records.
• Be reliable and helpful to coworkers and customers—even beyond your specific role.
• You’ll need to catch small mistakes before they become big ones.
• Learn and use proprietary systems (you’ll be trained).
• Jump in where needed—even if it’s not “your job.”
• This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

• Friendly and clear on phone and email.
• Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new systems.
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.
• Kind, collaborative, and dependable.
• Think "The Flash" speed with a calm attitude.
• Keep track of tasks, manage your time, and own your mistakes.

• High school diploma or GED.
