Brookhaven is one of the most-played experiences in Roblox, with over 70 billion visits and 160 million monthly players. It’s a living, social world where players tell stories, create chaos, and shape the game together. We’re now building its next evolution: transforming Brookhaven from a hit Roblox game into a global entertainment franchise — with characters, stories, content formats, creator ecosystems, and real-world cultural moments that live far beyond the platform.

This is a hands-on, operator role for someone who loves Roblox, enjoys testing and iterating on creative, and wants to see their work move metrics in real time. You will drive Brookhaven’s growth inside Roblox and alongside social and creators as force multipliers, working closely with the Gaming, Creative, Community and Franchise teams! 💜

Roblox User Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own Roblox discovery and UA performance
• Plan, launch, and analyze thumbnail and page asset experiments
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing windows
• Scale winning creatives; sunset underperformers quickly

Creative Optimization & Testing

• Art-direct thumbnails and page visuals via clear briefs
• Collaborate with designers/contractors to ship variants quickly
• Maintain a consistent experimentation cadence

Update & Event Hype Mechanics

• Partner with Product to translate roadmap beats into:
• Timers/Countdowns and other event-hype tactics
• Page updates
• Discovery-facing creative
• Coordinate with social/creator teams to amplify update demand
• Ensure updates feel like events, not silent releases

Insights, Reporting & Enablement

• Build and maintain clear dashboards and weekly learning
• Document patterns, playbooks, and best practices
• Act as the Roblox UA advisor to franchise and product teams

• 3–5+ years experience in performance marketing, growth, or platform optimization
• Proven experience improving CTR, conversion, or discovery performance
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards and experimentation
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Creative, Social)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Roblox or UGC gaming platforms
• Experience in gaming, digital entertainment, or creator-led ecosystems
• Familiarity with social algorithms (Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) as demand drivers
• Light creative or content testing experience

Bonus Points

• Direct experience working on Roblox experiences
• Familiarity with creator ecosystems and update-driven growth
• Experience in live-service games with frequent releases
