, you’ll help ensure those partnerships are seamless, impactful, and built to scale. 🚀
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Partnerships Leads, game teams, and brand partners to deliver campaigns from kickoff through post‑campaign reporting. It’s a highly cross‑functional position that blends strong project management, clear communication, and analytical storytelling — ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and cares deeply about execution quality.
Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you’ll help refine how brands show up in our games, contribute ideas that elevate integrations, and ensure our client‑facing materials are thoughtful and compelling.
What You’ll DoAccount Management
- Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact during activation periods, escalating strategic, commercial, or scope‑related decisions to the Partnerships Lead.
- Ensure scope clarity and protect game team bandwidth by proactively identifying misalignment, unrealistic timelines, or unapproved feature requests before they escalate.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Voldex game teams
- Ensure accountability for project action items and deliverables, holding both external clients and internal teams accountable
Analytical Review
- Conduct post campaign analysis on campaign data to provide actionable insights to clients following the conclusion of their campaign
- Organize and develop insights into presentable decks that can be shared externally
- Present campaign results and findings of both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Process Management
- Ensure that projects are adhering to internal processes and timelines
- Assist in documenting and building internal partnership team processes
Creative Concepting
- Assist the partnerships team in creative concepting for upcoming projects and go‑to‑market packages
- Help with the rollout of new packages and offerings from Voldex to its sales partners and clients
- Refine and assist in the creation of client presentations and external facing materials
Opportunity Identification
- Assist in identifying opportunities in the market with new and existing brands
- Assist in the renewal and upsell process for existing clients
- 3+ years of experience in account or project management roles
- Strong gaming knowledge, preferably in UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, ETC)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Keen organizational skills
- Flexibility to work across regions and timezones
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like , Asana, Trello ETC
- Prior experience in account management for a gaming company or agency
- Experience managing AAA organizations (EX: The LEGO Group, Universal Pictures, The NFL, ETC)
- Experience managing large agency partners (EX: Publicis, Dentsu, Wavemaker, ETC)
- An overall love for all things gaming (Technology, the industry, the tools, etc)
