As a crucial member of our support team, you will assist German-speaking players with their inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

• Provide outstanding player support in German via email and chat
• Assist players with questions related to game features, account management, and technical issues
• Efficiently resolve player concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Document player interactions clearly to support ongoing service improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to share player feedback and insights
• Stay updated on game developments and industry trends to offer informed assistance

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, ideally within the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions
