As a Senior Creative Producer at flora&faunavisions, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering extraordinary immersive experiences and live entertainment events. Your collaborative spirit and expertise will transform innovative ideas into awe‑inspiring realities, managing projects from concept to final execution.

• Project Management: Lead the collaborative planning, execution, and delivery of immersive projects within set timelines and budgets, Desk integrating insights and inputs from peers.
• Resource Allocation: Strategawo allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, in consultation with peers, to ensure successful project completion.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in collaboration with the team, devising and implementing strategies to mitigate them for project success.
• Client Relations: Actively maintain communication with clients alongside peers, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the creative team, including Creative Directors, as well as other professionals, to ensure efficient workflows and successful project execution.
• Logistics and Operations: Handle logistical aspects collaboratively with peers, including scheduling, contracts, and vendor relationships, to ensure a seamless production process.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in creative production, preferably a minimum of 3 years in immersive experiences, live events, or entertainment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in the field of live entertainment and immersive experiences.
• Strong organizational, project management, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relations abilities.
• Familiarity with design and production software.
• You live in Germany or The Netherlands, or you are willing to relocate.
• You speak and write German and English fluently.
