Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of more experienced employees and complete projects of low complexity with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both internally and externally to meet project demands.
- Understand customer design expectations and project schedules.
- Obtain customer approval of designs and resolve problems as they occur.
- Complete change order designs and develop electronic documentation for manufacturing packages, including detail drawings, bill of materials, and equipment lists.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent software to complete design requirements.
- Prepare detail drawings of individual components and sub-assemblies and make revisions to existing drawings as needed.
- Gather information from various resources to prepare detail drawings.
- Provide support to meet project demands across manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and engineering departments.
- Proficiency in Inventor, Solidworks, and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and mechanical design.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in project management and 3D modeling using Solidworks, Pro-E, or Inventor.
Work out of an office in Fredericktown, OH, in a relaxed environment with minimal travel. Gain hands‑on experience in a custom manufacturing setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKTOWN, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
