- 6–11 years of experience in consulting engineering for buildings, including commercial building design experience (office, retail, mixed‑use, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and coordination with multidisciplinary design teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
- E.I. and/or P.E. licensure is preferred
- LEED AP accreditation is preferred
- Excellent communication and project management skills
