Quality Assurance; QA Engineer

Reponsibilities:

• Documentation:
  Responsible for preparing Final QA documents and Submission in Customers portal.
• Responsible for preparing the job routers.
• Handling TPI and NDE activities:
• Generation of issue notes for supplier activities.
• Handle and support third party inspectors.
• Handle and support NDE activities.
• Responsible for collection and verification of supplier’ NDE process reports.
• Calibration and Maintenance of instruments:
  Maintain master list for all the instruments under Quality department and production.
• Regular calibration and maintenance procedures should be established to ensure continued accuracy and performance, periodically monitoring the calibration requirements.
• Communication:
  Effective communication is vital in this role. QA communicate quality-related issues to relevant departments, including production and to Quality Control.
• Reporting:
  Reports to assistant Manager.
• Safety:
  Ensuring the safety of the quality control team and compliance with safety protocols is another important aspect of the job.

• Minimum Diploma in Material Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry.
• Able to interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence.
• Good technical competence & strong communication skills.
• Good organizing and coordination skills.
• NDE level 2 inspector is an advantage.
