BIM Modeller; M&E

Job Description s

• Create accurate and organized structural Revit(BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings.
• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIMsoftware.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Mechanical & Electrical Services:
  Created detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for M&E.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Archi
  
  CAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Mechanical/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
• To be based in project site office.
• 5.5 Working Days per week.
