We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir.

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Ensuring and supporting all HSE operational activities (HSE Board Meeting, HSE Action Plans, internal and external audits, HSE Emergency, Actions and Reports, HSE‑Discipline Management Shopfloor Tour, HSE‑Technical Reporting, HSE Policy and Document Management and Implementation, HSE‑External Company Management)
• Conducting HSE and work accident training
• Conducting HSE‑Risk Assessments
• Conducting HSE‑Work Accidents Analysis and Assessment
• Conducting dangerous goods & hazardous materials safety plans (education‑reports‑education)
• Monitoring fire systems, tracking audit process and controls
• Supporting Energy & Environmental Audit Processes
• Conducting 5S audits
• Conducting Safety & Culture Deployment
• Ensuring HSE purchasing process

• You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent education
• You have a Safety certificate (Class
  
  B)
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You possess very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• You have knowledge of ISO
  14001 & ISO
  50001 Management systems
• You have strong analytical and proactive problem‑solving skills, are result and detail oriented
• You can organise and communicate the roles and responsibilities of each person to build a team and to improve performance
