As a Buyer
, you will play a key role in ensuring our teams have the materials, services, and strategic supplier partnerships they need to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

• Manage end ‑ to ‑ end procurement and order processing for goods and services.
• Request, benchmark, and evaluate supplier offers, preparing clear decision‑making recommendations.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain a high ‑ quality and reliable supplier pool.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market analysis for your sub ‑ commodities and develop strategic sourcing proposals.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and other internal stakeholders to support technical projects and sourcing needs.
• Work with international colleagues across subsidiaries to coordinate procurement strategy and alignment.
• Maintain master data and ensure accuracy within SAP and internal systems.

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, ideally with initial experience in purchasing / materials management
• Experience in a similar purchasing role is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP MM
• Good written and spoken English skills
• We offer a hybrid working scheme, candidate should live close to Karlsruhe region
• Travelling for supplier visits 10%
