Location: Wright-Patterson AFB
Position Summary OSAAVA Services is seeking a Senior AFSIM Integration Engineer to support advanced Modeling & Simulation efforts within an Air Force C2/C3/C4
ISR environment. This role focuses on AFSIM plugin development, simulation integration, and mission system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities Develop and integrate custom AFSIM plugins Support simulation architecture design and integration methodologies Implement and maintain C++ code within modeling environments Integrate simulation outputs into C2/C4
ISR systems Support testing, validation, and mission thread execution Collaborate with MBSE and systems engineering teams
Required Qualifications Direct hands-on AFSIM development experience Strong C++ development in simulation frameworks Experience integrating modeling tools within DoD environments Understanding of simulation architecture principles Active clearance (TS preferred) Desired Qualifications ITASE message API experience Air Force / AFRL modeling experience Experience supporting C2 or ISR mission systems
