Coordinate and oversee marine and offshore projects within the oil and gas industry by managing resources, schedules, procurement, and client communications to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless execution of marine and offshore projects
- Collaborate with clients to clarify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Assign tasks to internal teams and support schedule management to optimize project timelines and resource utilization
- Oversee procurement processes to secure necessary materials and services, maintaining project budget and quality standards
- Monitor project progress continuously, identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and risks
- Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating project status and updates effectively to all stakeholders
- Partner with the Project Manager to align project execution with strategic objectives and operational standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports, to support transparency and accountability
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of the Oil & Gas and Marine industries
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects in marine, offshore, oil, and gas sectors
