• Create civil and structural designs for underground energy storage facilities, including layout planning to maximize space efficiency and access.
• Perform geotechnical investigations to evaluate subsurface soil and rock conditions for sound foundation engineering.
• Design foundations that can support operational loads and withstand seismic and environmental challenges.
• Develop effective waterproofing solutions and drainage systems to safeguard structures from groundwater intrusion and water accumulation.
• Carry out structural assessments to ensure stability, durability, and safety, incorporating seismic design principles.
• Ensure all engineering work adheres to Singapore’s construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines, and compile technical documents for approval processes.
• Work collaboratively with different teams, liaise with contractors, architects, and external consultants, and supervise on-site inspections to maintain quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Investigate and adopt innovative materials and construction techniques to achieve cost-efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-optimized design outcomes.

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on underground infrastructure or energy sector projects.
• Strong background in foundation engineering, geotechnical analysis, and waterproofing system design.
• Skilled in using structural engineering software (such as SAP
  2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro) and familiar with tools for geotechnical assessments.
• Well-versed in Singapore’s construction regulations and building standards.
