Responsible for creating and maintaining the E/E baseline milestones and target; coordinating, maintaining and providing function list (FuLi). Coordinate and perform cross-functional work on function-oriented development. Evaluate, align and steer maturity of vehicle functions.

• Develop & release function list and track the function Dadian implementation status
• Plan the E/E baseline milestones and target, including the platform baseline heartbeat (IPDT) and hut baseline milestones
• Prepare function/vehicle specifications per integration step, initial vehicle assessment, manage functional dependencies.
• Interface of PL/TPL for HUT/Platform;
  Interface of JV for HUT/Platform
• Tracking of solution to errors, follow up the measures in production and VTs, verify the effectiveness of measures.
• Coordinate & push problem solving during software integration test to ensure software release maturity
• Schedule and track functional relationships for projects with consideration of applicable legislation.
• Manage versioning, traceability and changes from SW requirement to SW delivery, defining and manage the software release process and criterias.
• Confirm and release vehicle software/hardware information at each release milestone to relevant stakeholders.

Education:

Preferred Engineering Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering, Automotive engineering or Electrical Engineering or similar

Working

Experience:

0~2 years working experience in automotive industry including supplier industry in whole vehicle project management.

Knowledge, skills and others:

• Stakeholder management across engineering/R&D/production;
• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
• Risk-based decision making in feature de-scoping scenarios
• Fast Learning capability
• Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player

Language:

• Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken)
• Germany is a plus.
