The Aftermarket Technician plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing equipment to ensure peak performance, while occasionally engaging with customers to provide technical guidance and ensure a positive experience. This role combines hands-on technical expertise and customer focused mindset in a service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performscomponentlevel diagnosis and calibration.

• Able to updateelectronicand software according to work instructions.

• Work closely with engineering team concerning root cause analysis on warranty / field returns.

• Performs technical troubleshooting and repair.

• Keepworkarea organized and cleanin accordance with5S initiatives.

• Performs rework of product when instructed.

• Provideestimatefor billable service and repair status.

• Support product processing within the Service and Repair team.

• Collaborate with Technical Support toestablishrepair information.

• Occasionally respond to customer inquiries and provide technical telephone support.

• Ability to interact with Reichert ERP systems.

• Ensure all equipment and tools are organized, in good workingorderandmaintaincalibration requirements.

• Ability to work with multiple departments and functions.

Requirements For Consideration:

• Associate's Degreein a relevant field such as Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

• Goodcommunicationskills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learnnew technologies.

Advanced proficiency in both German and English.
