A manufacturing company in Canal Winchester is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and maintain efficient processes for production. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing processes, supporting engineering changes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and must demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in automotive manufacturing and knowledge of foam processes are preferred.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
