My client are looking for a Power Operations / Quality Specialist – a key role with direct influence on project execution and exciting opportunities for career growth.

In this position, you will take ownership of quality and operational performance across both company-wide and project-level activities, specifically for BESS projects. You will work closely with the project management and engineering teams, ensure high-quality standards are met, and actively contribute to the successful delivery of energy storage projects. • Full responsibility for implementing and developing quality management systems for BESS projects
• Creation and execution of quality plans at the project level
• Oversight of civil and electrical works and coordination with subcontractors
• Support for FAT and SAT processes for main components
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices
• Collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently and on time

• Proven experience in quality management for BESS projects (ISO 9001 required)
• Experience at both project and company-wide level
• Technical understanding of civil and electrical works in energy storage projects
• Ability to establish, implement, and monitor quality processes
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and willing to travel occasionally within Germany
