Production Process Engineer

The
Production Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring successful execution of production activities. The focus is on technical and process issues:
Plan, organize and execute efficient equipment and process Maintenance to ensure excellent manufacturing processes. Plan, organize and execute troubleshooting activities that lead to sustainable resolution of issues to avoid un-planned downtime or delays in production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain maintenance plans for production equipment
• Provide technical feedback and sharing of daily experience for existing product portfolio
• Execute/Implement Process & Equipment related to RRC standards
• Perform Failure Analysis of Process and Equipment issues, identify Root causes and develop repair procedure including component level
• Provide technical expertise and support to all topics related to released equipment and procedures
• Involvement in other projects within the scope of process engineering’s skills and capabilities

• Active application of Problem-Solving tools and methodology
• Familiar with programming languages such as C/C++, Python
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing / mass production environment
• Professional experience in automation Electronics, automation
• Performed maintenance and troubleshooting for production equipment
• Native-language Vietnamese
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• MES/SAP experience is advantage
