The city of Wolmirstedt with its districts Elbeu, Farsleben, Glindenberg and Mose is located only a few kilometers north of the state capital Magdeburg between the Magdeburger Börde and Colbitz‑Letzlinger Heide and belongs to the district Börde. Today, about 11,700 inhabitants live here in the corner between the rivers Ohre and Elbe. You can reach Wolmirstedt via the nearby A14/A2 freeways and subsequently via the B189 from Magdeburg or Stendal, or by train using the S‑bahn service close to the city.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a new colleague for a permanent full‑time position at the earliest possible date
with an average weekly working time of 39 hours. Remuneration is in accordance with TVöD‑VKA in pay group 9a.
What tasks in particular await you?- Urban development promotion, etc.:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Preparation of approval documents
- Implementation of redevelopment procedures in cooperation with redevelopment agencies
- Participation in preparatory and binding urban land‑use planning in the redevelopment and urban redevelopment area
- Participation in urban development concepts
- Preparation of modernization and repair agreements and regulatory measure contracts for subsidized measures
- Preparation of notices for the payment of compensation amounts
- Building regulation matters:
- Processing of building applications within the framework of the redevelopment and urban redevelopment area
- Implementation of approval exemption procedures in accordance with Section 61 BauO LSA
- Granting of municipal consent in accordance with Section 36 BauGB
- Preparation of urban development and planning law statements
- Urban redevelopment matters:
- Implementation of redevelopment procedures in cooperation with redevelopment agencies
- Preparation of the application for the program application to the state authority
- Advising private third parties on the application
- Preparation of approval notices to final recipients
- Examination of the awarding of construction services for private measures
- Examination of the interim proof of use, the final recipient’s statement of account and forwarding to redevelopment agencies
- Processing of appeal proceedings
- Energy‑efficient urban redevelopment
- Participation in meetings of political bodies
- Requirements:
- a degree as an administrative assistant or an employee training course I or in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
- knowledge in the use of MS Office
- a class B driver’s license and the willingness to drive a company car
- Desirable:
- Previous knowledge of building law
- Professional experience in municipal urban planning and urban building law
- High sense of responsibility, high resilience, flexibility, commitment and reliability, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident and fluent in written and oral language
