Product Specialist

• 5 or more years of professional experience related to product development, product engineering, or a similar role in the manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or automotive industry.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT or Mechanical or Electronics, Engineering, Industrial Engineer, or a relevant field.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Experience with project execution, implementation of new tools, and documentation.
• Experience in a customer or client facing role.
• Ability to learn quick and adapt to new tools and products.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 50%.
• Experience with Auto Cad (preferred).

In this role, you will support the development of emerging technologies as they mature through early adopter processes from engineering field tests to fully-scaled innovation solutions. You will be responsible to educate customers and Global Branches and Dealers on the use of new technology solutions, coordinate and prepare local resources to support their customers. You will communicate technical concerns, project updates, and customer feedback to Project Management to inform high-level decision making and project updates.

This position reports to the Manager –Customer Support Automation Emerging Technologies. This opportunity pays $90,000-$110,000 annually plus benefits. Salary is based on experience and skillset.
