Test Engineering Manager

Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Test Engineering Manager
. This role integrates developmental and operational test activities including laboratory, ground, and flight testing in support of weapon system programs within the Fighters & Advanced Aircraft community (Bombers Directorate and F-35 Program) directorate within AFLCMC. This is a full-time position located on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) in Dayton, Ohio. Contingent Upon Contract Award

• Plan, coordinate, and manage developmental and operational test activities.
• Develop and review test strategies, TEMP inputs, test plans, and test reports.
• Lead integration of test requirements with systems engineering and program management teams.
• Evaluate contractor test performance, data, and compliance with requirements.
• Support test scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
• Brief senior leadership on test status, results, and issues.

• Minimum Experience:
• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
