Yourresponsibilities and tasks
At our office in Søborg, you will join the Execution Group in Project Management & Commissioning within Business Line Dairy Powder, where you will be part of a team of around 10 colleagues. Together, you work on engineering and project execution across equipment mid‑life updates, brownfield upgrades and greenfield projects.
You will join an ambitious and professionally strong team of experienced Project Managers and Project Engineers with diverse technical backgrounds, where knowledge sharing is part of everyday work. Our collaboration is open and supportive, and you will be introduced through a structured onboarding process with mentoring from senior colleagues, so you can grow into your role step by step while contributing to high‑quality execution.
Your responsibilities and tasks
You will own defined sub‑tasks within larger projects such as technical clarification and validation of engineering inputs, as well as specifying and ordering components, drawings and project documentation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you help ensure that design, procurement and scope are aligned while driving your deliverables forward in multiple projects at a time.
Furthermore, you will:
- Verify and validate technical inputs, including calculations, to ensure compliance with specifications
- Make technical decisions in close cooperation with the Project Manager
- Specify, purchase and order components/equipment, drawings and project‑specific documentation (incl. datasheets and specifications)
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and participate in plant start‑ups, inspections and commissioning
We expect travel activity of up to 50 overnight stays per year, primarily to participate in inspections and commissioning.
Your profile and qualificationsWith a proactive and self‑driven mindset, you take ownership of your deliverables and follow through with a structured, systematic approach. You work well both independently and in cross‑functional teams, and you are comfortable collaborating internationally and engaging with customers when needed.
Furthermore, you are:
- Equipped with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Marine, Construction, or a similar technical discipline)
- Able to work in a methodical way to ensure quality, efficiency and adherence to timelines
- Proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables
- Fluent in English (corporate language for contracts and customer communication);
Danish and/or additional languages are an advantage
