As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain Python-based production tools, including GUI applications and automated hardware test scripts, that directly improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. You’ll take ownership of internal tooling used by Electrical Engineering, Production Support, and Quality teams, contributing across the full development lifecycle.

• Design, implement, and maintain Python tools supporting electrical system development and testing
• Own internal engineering and production tooling codebases and workflows
• Build automated testing solutions used by Quality, Support, and Production teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups on next-generation products
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to peers
• Support data collection and analysis pipelines for manufacturing processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and tool chains

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python skills with experience delivering maintainable production systems
• Ability to understand and discuss electrical systems and architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in international teams
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD (e.g., Git Hub Actions), Flask/web UIs, or HIL testing is a plus
