• Responsibility for technical planning, tendering, awarding contracts, implementation, and acceptance of complex modernization and maintenance measures in accordance with HOAI, involving external service providers and contractors, as well as responsibility for construction management.
• Detailed project planning combined with a review of planning scenarios for energy-efficient and cost-effective modernization and maintenance of residential buildings
• Successful realization of agreed construction project goals in compliance with company standards (deadlines, costs, and quality)
• Deviation escalation in relation to costs, deadlines, and quality
• High-quality handover to property management after completion and acceptance of the project
• Administration of the modernization and maintenance measures for which you are responsible in the relevant IT systems and maintenance of project documentation
• Coordination of external planning participants (client representation, support in obtaining building permits, ensuring technically sound planning, clarification of technical and building law issues)
• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, or alternatively, training in construction or the ancillary construction industry with appropriate further training (e.g., as a state-certified technician).
• Several years of experience in planning, tendering, and implementing modernization and maintenance measures, as well as in construction management
• Very good knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Very good MS Office skills and, preferably, knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 and AVA (iTOW)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork skills, and an independent and goal-oriented approach to work round off your profile.
