Overview
To provide regional support and leadership to USA operations (Audits, safety training, hazard & risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, etc.) for US sites. Maintain US HSMS standards within TI Automotive Support corporate initiatives on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an EHS leadership role in the manufacturing industry or similar. Preferably in the automotive or plastics plastic industry.
- Knowledge of United States Federal and State OHS Acts, Policies, Regulations, Codes, and Practices for areas of operation.
- Knowledge of United States Federal and State environmental regulations & laws.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO/45001 standards
- Candidate must have experience in key EHS related areas including, but not limited to: auditing, workplace inspections, incident investigations, training, hazard and risk assessment, ISO management systems, root cause and corrective action implementation.
- Candidate must be able and committed to staying up to date with business and technological developments while contributing to continual improvement.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and timely with Corporate EHS communications and information requests.
- Candidate must have experience and knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Candidate must be able to travel regularly and potentially on short notice to tend to work matters at facilities in need of support.
- Working closely with site HSE staff to drive continual improvement efforts, ensuring the corporate HSMS system is being implemented and maintained, supporting ISO 14001/45001 systems management and maintenance, working with regional and corporate teams in support of US operations.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an EHS leadership role in manufacturing or similar (preferably automotive or plastics industry).
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental.

- Effective communication with Corporate EHS and information requests.
