Project Coordinator

The job involves supporting projects from technical, commercial, and timing perspectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of our products, develop supplementary quotes, update program schedules, and serve as a support contact for customers.

• Provide deadlines for different project stages
• Participate in project meetings to address questions and communicate schedule or budget changes
• Maintain an issues list tracking all project issues
• Support effective decision-making with multiple options
• Perform quality control throughout project development
• Support technical evaluation at order placement
• Develop customer time schedules
• Analyze customer inquiries and submit supplementary quotes
• Coordinate project involvement of key personnel on both sites
• Conduct program review meetings with the customer
• Manage internal job orders for supplementary orders
• Assist in project cost management using a cost book

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to understand 2-D drawings and 3D models
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2012 or higher)
• Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing

• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong math skills and mechanical understanding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willing to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally
