Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) für den ambulanten Dienst

- Vergütung gem. PTG BB Tarifvertrag je nach Erfahrung für Vollzeit von 3.716,68€ bis 4,281,30€ / Monat. zzgl. Zuschläge
- Regelmäßige Steigerung des Bruttogehalts
- Jahressonderzahlung
- Betriebszugehörigkeitszulage
- 30 Tage Urlaub
- Ersatzfreie Tage für 24.12. und 31.12.
- Sicherer und zukunftsorientierter Arbeitsplatz
- Durchführung von Behandlungspflege
- Durchführung von grundpflegerischen Tätigkeiten
- Führung der Pflegedokumentation
