This role involves collaborating with metallurgists and operators to optimize processes and enhance product quality. Candidates should have a degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering and up to five years of experience. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with customer specifications, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge of hot-dip galvanizing and welding is a plus.
