• Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
• Proactive acquisition of new customers and long-term management of existing accounts

• Strong sales mindset combined with solid technical expertise
• Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or R&D
• Native-level German and excellent English skills
• Ability to identify, manage, and successfully close technical projects
• High level of initiative with a strong interest in structuring and developing a sales territory
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
