Maintenance of production machines, equipment for special processes and test equipment, HT and ST shop (Electrical, Electronics, & Instrumentation). Corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance and TPM.

• Maintenance of production machines, equipment for special processes and test equipment, HT and ST shop (Electrical, Electronics, & Instrumentation).
• Corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance and TPM.
• Routine breakdown maintenance of PLC, CNC, special purpose machines in all shifts.
• Lead and guide blue‑collar associates in all shifts.
• Monitor and control technical loss, MTTR, MTBF, repeat breakdowns analysis, response time and cost reduction projects.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP: PM, MM modules and MS Office.
• In‑depth knowledge on PLC, CNC and HMI (Siemens, Rexroth, Fanuc).
• When handling software backup management of electronic control systems.
• Knowledge on assembly techniques such as pressing and bolting systems.
• Knowledge on industrial vision systems such as Bosch Neuro check, Keyence and Cognex.
• Knowledge on various types of scanners, bar code, 2D matrix scanning for traceability application.
• Use of diagnostic tools and PG with variety of software like Rexroth Indrawork software and bolting system, Siemens S7‑200/300, TIA portal, RS232 communication, Profi communication and vision software.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical,, instrumentation).
