MTM Power GmbH is headquartered in Schwarzatal, Thuringia. The apprenticeship program is conducted across our plants in the districts of Mellenbach and Unterweißbach.

• Manufacture, commission, and maintain components and devices,
• Support developers in the realization of projects. This may include the analysis of required functionalities and technical environmental conditions, as well as the design of circuits,
• Produce prototypes and unique items. For this, they select mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, adapt them, assemble them into systems, and install and configure software,
• Test devices and device documentation,
• Create layouts and manufacturing documents,
• Award and coordinate orders for the procurement of components, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies for the realization of internal and external customer orders,
• Plan and control production processes,
• Organize teamwork,
• Set up, program, optimize, and maintain manufacturing and testing machines,
• Participate in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes,
• Test and repair components and devices,
• Also work with English‑language documents and communicate in English.

Apprenticeship Duration: 3.5 years

• Good to satisfactory secondary school leaving certificate,
• Good grades in Mathematics and Physics,
