** We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative
** Industrial Engineer
** to optimize production processes in our advanced
** semiconductor equipment manufacturing
** environment. If you’re passionate about lean methods, workplace design, and data-driven planning, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
** Your Role & Responsibilities
*** Conduct
** time studies
** using REFA or MTM methodologies to identify process inefficiencies.
* Lead
** process optimization
** initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
* Design ergonomic and efficient
** workplaces
* * aligned with safety and operational standards.
* Implement and sustain
** LEAN production methods**, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
* Support
** Kanban
* * and
** Just-In-Time (JIT)
** production systems for optimal material flow.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on
** sequencing and capacity planning**.
* Utilize
** ERP systems (SAP)
** for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
* Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
** What You bring
*** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in
** semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing**.
* Strong knowledge of
** mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals**.
* Hands-on experience with
** REFA or MTM time study techniques**.
* Proven success in
** LEAN manufacturing**, workplace design, and process improvement.
* Proficiency in
** SAP
* * or similar ERP systems.
* Familiarity with
** Kanban**,
** JIT**, and capacity planning tools.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
