  • Conduct engineering analyses to assess the market potential of emerging energy efficiency technologies.
  • Perform cost analyses of energy-efficient technologies to support program design and implementation.

  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary engineering efforts within at least one technology or domain area.
  • Share updates and insights from cross-cutting engineering initiatives through departmental presentations.
  • Design and deliver technical trainings focused on technologies and energy savings strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior engineering staff.

  • A Bachelors’ degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, environmental, architectural, or related field).
  • A minimum of 8 years’ of engineering or work experience in related area.
  • Knowledge of Title 24, ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and other energy codes.
