What You’ll Do

As an Application Engineer
, you’ll be the technical bridge between our sensor and load cell technology and our valued customers. Your expertise will help drive engineering solutions, customer success, and industry innovation
.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers, internal teams, and sales professionals with sensor and load cell applications.
  • Product Knowledge: Address inquiries about operation, functionality, pricing, and product specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Global Product Managers, Centers of Excellence, and Portfolio Managers to ensure customer needs are translated into product improvements.
  • Training & Documentation: Educate employees and sales teams while maintaining technical content for datasheets, manuals, and catalogs.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent WIKA at trade shows
    , support engineering teams, and stay ahead of evolving industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering or technical support
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/engineering software a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and technical acumen
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
